The name of this extra virgin olive oil comes from the special blend of olive oil Joe Bozzano used to produce the Triple A. The Bozzano Olive Ranch Triple A is a blend of Arbequina, Arbosana, and Ascolano. Triple A is grassier than our Generations EVOO and a little more pepper on the finish.
